Highlights of the NECA Industry Innovation educational offerings include a deep dive through Best Practices on Innovation with a focus on overdriving prefabrication, modular building, lean principles, market influence, and more.
The Construction Lifecycle Workshop will focus on the strategic playbook that helps every contractor move from project acquisition to construction and close-out.
