Achieving a healthier balance between home/family life and work/job is a struggle for us all, and especially challenging with so many people working more from home. Examples on setting priorities, saying no, establishing boundaries, and figuring out how to live a healthier life, both physically and mentally, will be provided.


  • Dr. Alice Domar

    The Executive Director of the Domar Center for Mind/Body Health ­ and the Director of Mind/Body Services at Boston IVF ­ Dr. Alice Domar is a pioneer in the application of mind/body medicine to men’s and women’s health issues.

    An associate professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School, and a senior staff psychologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, she established the first Mind/Body Center for Women’s Health. Her research focuses on the relationship between stress, different women’s health conditions, and creating innovative programs to help women decrease physical and psychological symptoms in relation to infertility.
