This session will discuss how to help the owner plan for the safest and most successful exit, build the right leadership team for the future, determine the right way to sell/transfer the company and how to protect themselves after the sale. Determining best way to exit, how to set up a process that moves your managers into leaders and determining the ideal time to sell will also be discussed.
