Sunday, October 16 • 10:15–11:30 am
On April 10, 2012, Travis Mills was critically injured while on his third tour of duty in Afghanistan by an improvised explosive device, suffering the loss of both arms and both legs. Travis committed himself not only to recovery, but to giving back to the veteran community. In 2013, Travis and his wife Kelsey founded the Travis Mills Foundation, a nonprofit formed to benefit and assist post-9/11 veterans injured in active duty or during service to our nation. Travis will join NECA 2022 Austin to tell his story and inspire attendees.
