NECA Gives Back
NECA is always working to help communities in need both in the US and around the world. This year, we are partnering with Folds of Honor, an organization that was founded helping grieving families that have had a loved one in uniform disabled or fallen in the line of duty.
Folds of Honor was founded in 2007 by Lieutenant Colonel Dan Rooney after his experience on board a flight carrying a fallen soldier’s remains home to his family. In witnessing the family’s grief, as well as through his own experience as a fighter pilot in the National Guard, he became painfully aware of the realities families face when a loved one in uniform is fallen or disabled. Since that fateful flight, Lt Colonel Rooney has committed his life to provide scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members through Folds of Honor.
Join us in raising money for this important cause! The NECA Silent Auction gives attendees the chance to bid on several amazing items. All proceeds will go to Folds of Honor.

PAUSE FOR PAWS
Did you know research has shown that simply petting a dog lowers the stress hormone cortisol, while the social interaction between people and their dogs actually increases levels of the feel-good hormone? The “Pause for Paws” project on the show floor allows contractors to have a little fun with puppies and small dogs while helping NECA give back to a Nashville area animal shelter. Agape Animal Rescue & Training Center is dedicated to finding forever families for abandoned and displaced dogs through our signature foster and adoption program while cultivating better communities through dog training, owner education and outreach programs.
