At Ferris State University, he serves as a professor in the Construction Technology and Management Program, where he is dedicated to training and inspiring the next generation of construction professionals.

    As the owner and therapist at Collaborative Counseling Group, Mark specializes in providing training, consulting, and presentations on mental health safety.
