Gerald is a Project Manager at Bockmon & Woody CO., Inc. He oversees Commercial and Industrial Projects across public and private sectors. Gerald has 13 years of experience as a certified electrician, and brings a wealth of technical expertise and leadership to his role. His commitment to excellence ensures that each project is executed with precision and efficiency.

Julian has been in the construction industry since he was a kid. In 2001 he founded his commissioning firm and later expanded it nationally. Some of his methods have been adopted as industry standard, and he has taught Cost Control and Project Management at college level. As a construction technology entrepreneur he developed the industry’s first punch list tool for the iPad, leading to his being named one of ENR’s Top 25 Newsmakers. He served as Chief Customer Officer at Fieldlens before joining Procore in 2020, and is the current VP, Construction Insights.

David Krausman began his career at Motor City Electric Technologies, the Controls and Technology subsidiary of Motor City Electric Co., in 2003 as a Controls Engineer. Over the years, David has advanced through various roles, including ICT Engineer, Controls and Automation Project Manager, and ICT Project Manager. His expertise and leadership led him to positions as General Manager and ultimately Vice President. David’s progression reflects his deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and strategic vision within the company.  In 2024, ENR ranked Motor City Electric Co. No. 27 on its Midwest Top Contractors list.

Tom Beros is the President of Net Electric Limited and the current President of the Greater Toronto Electrical Contractors Association. With a career in the electrical industry that began in 1990 as a draftsman, Tom quickly advanced through various roles, including estimator, chief estimator, and commercial fit-out construction manager. His dedication and expertise culminated in 2007 when he became the owner of Net Electric Limited.

Under Tom’s leadership, Net Electric Limited has grown into a reputable and well-established electrical contractor, renowned for its excellence in the commercial and heavy rail electrical and low voltage sectors. His commitment to the industry is reflected not only in his business but also in his leadership roles within professional associations, where he continues to influence and shape the future of the electrical contracting industry in Greater Toronto.

Sara B. Brooks, MPH, CIH, is a certified industrial hygienist at CPWR – The Center for Construction Research and Training. Her professional focus is exposure assessment and the translation of research into practical resources. She currently manages CPWR’s Exposure Control Database, a web-based tool that estimates exposure to four key hazards including silica, welding fumes, lead, and noise. She holds a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. in Spanish from Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently a member of the ANSI/ASSE A10.1 – Pre-Project & Pre-Task Safety and Health Planning revision subcommittee, and sat on the ANSI/ASSE A10.49 – Control of Chemical Health Hazards in Construction and Demolition Operations revision subcommittee. She is also certified in Environmental Health Risk Assessment.

With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has pioneered new strategies in business scaling across e-commerce, logistics, workforce development, and enterprise learning sectors. His innovative approaches to apprenticeship programs have garnered the attention of major industry leaders like Miller Electric, Google, Omnicom, HP, and Merck.
