Biography

Jonathan Mandl

Originally from Northern New Jersey, Jonathan graduated from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining NECA as a Staff Associate in 2017, Jonathan began his working career with Morgan Stanely as a Financial Planning Analyst in New York City.

As a Staff Associate assigned to the Eastern Region, Jonathan spent much of his time in the New York City Chapter, NECA as well as throughout District I before moving into the Assistant Chapter Manager position at the Central Ohio Chapter, NECA. Helping to oversee the daily operations of the Chapter, Jonathan served as the key contact for the Chapter LMCC Recruitment Program as well as other programs and services provided to the Chapter members.

In January 2020, Jonathan was promoted to the position of Chapter Manager of the Central Ohio Chapter, NECA where he has provided leadership and guidance for the last three years. Jonathan’s duties included handling negotiations for five local unions across four NECA divisions, serving as a trustee and committee member on ten ERISA governed trust funds and two Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees.
