Mack Turner has been the Executive Director of ISPC (Insitute for Safety in Powerline Construction) for over 10 years. Mack formally was the Safety Training and Standards Superintendent for Tucson Electric Power and a Safety Manager for Quanta. Mack has over 40 years in electric utility work starting out as a groundsman and working up thru the ranks. Mack was born and raised on a ranch and farm in S. Utah and lives there now.
