Jeff Beavers Is NECA’s Executive Director of Network Integration and Services.
With more 30 years in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry, Jeff began his (telecommunications) career in the U.S. Air Force as a cable splicer. He has served in various roles from lineman to installer/technician, to design and consulting roles.
He has experience in many types of projects, including the Department of Defense, municipal and federal government, K–12 and higher education, healthcare, sports and entertainment, data centers, and utilities (broadband, water, energy, wind and solar).
He is a recognized subject matter expert and a technical contributor to standards and reference manuals from BICSI (pronounced Bic-see), a global professional association supporting the advancement of the ICT community. Jeff served as President of BICSI from 2018- 2020.
Jeff is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer and has the OSP Designer credential.

Joshua Knott
Leviton
With 27 years of industry experience between installation, estimation project management and engineering, Josh Knott is armed with the background and knowledge to help drive business in his current position as Director of Construction & Technical Sales for Leviton. Through product trainings, technical expertise and application engineering, Josh and his team support the needs of all stakeholders in the contractor world. In his 13 year tenure at Leviton, Josh has received two patents for electrical products and one for installation systems.

Luis Suau
Sinclair Digital
Luis Suau is co-founder and Chief Business Officer at Sinclair Digital as well as an independent Digital Building Consultant in his own practice, Luis Suau Consulting LLC. A 26-year veteran of Cisco, Luis previously worked as a Technical Leader in Cisco’s IOT Business Unit. He was a key member in developing Cisco’s Digital Ceiling and Digital Building Solutions. After the completion and opening of the highly innovative Marriott Sinclair Hotel, Luis left Cisco to pursue his passion of expanding the scope of Digital Building Systems with a goal of developing a Building as a DC Microgrid.

Tom Beros is the President of Net Electric Limited and the current President of the Greater Toronto Electrical Contractors Association. With a career in the electrical industry that began in 1990 as a draftsman, Tom quickly advanced through various roles, including estimator, chief estimator, and commercial fit-out construction manager. His dedication and expertise culminated in 2007 when he became the owner of Net Electric Limited.
Under Tom’s leadership, Net Electric Limited has grown into a reputable and well-established electrical contractor, renowned for its excellence in the commercial and heavy rail electrical and low voltage sectors. His commitment to the industry is reflected not only in his business but also in his leadership roles within professional associations, where he continues to influence and shape the future of the electrical contracting industry in Greater Toronto. -
David M. Krausman
Motor City Electric Technologies, Inc.
David Krausman began his career at Motor City Electric Technologies, the Controls and Technology subsidiary of Motor City Electric Co., in 2003 as a Controls Engineer. Over the years, David has advanced through various roles, including ICT Engineer, Controls and Automation Project Manager, and ICT Project Manager. His expertise and leadership led him to positions as General Manager and ultimately Vice President. David’s progression reflects his deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and strategic vision within the company. In 2024, ENR ranked Motor City Electric Co. No. 27 on its Midwest Top Contractors list.
