NECA’s Leadership Journey

Description

To become the best possible electrical contractor, NECA members must continuously learn, adapt and grow. NECA has created a suite of programs that provides individuals at NECA member firms with an opportunity to innovate, refine and expand their knowledge. This session will discuss NECA’s leadership transformation programs and how NECA members can take advantage of them for the future.

  Stephanie Adamec

  Stephanie Adamec is NECA’s Executive Director of Education. For nearly two decades, Stephanie has focused on contractors’ educational needs from within construction trade associations. At NECA, Stephanie manages all national educational programming, from conventions and large-scale meetings to online training and programs held with our chapters.

  Ronald Bailey

  NECA

  Lt. Gen. Ronald Bailey is a national leader who joined NECA as Vice President, Industry Development, in 2020. At NECA, he is working on creating executive training programs, expanding the scope of workforce development, implementing diversity strategies, creating partnerships with institutions of higher learning, and leading the charge on recruitment programs that bring new, skilled workers into the industry. This includes a focus on recruiting ex-military personnel to NECA member companies and various Chapter positions.

  Jason Thurner

  NECA

  Jason focuses on empowering and revolutionizing the electrical industry by collaborating with industry partners to adopt best practices and new technology that tackles the problems, challenges, and threats facing the electrical industry today. With over 20 years of construction experience, Jason most recently focused on research, design, and engineering of heavy-duty construction equipment and building strategic business plans to apply disruptive innovation to the construction industry. He is passionate about leveraging innovation to support the development and success of the construction workforce.
