  Guarantee Electrical Company

  Emily Martin is the Chief Operating Officer of Guarantee Electrical Company, a leading national electrical contractor. Previously, she was President and CEO of Aschinger Electric Company, a family-owned firm in St. Louis, MO, which was acquired by Guarantee in 2021. Under her leadership at Aschinger, the company saw significant revenue growth and became a Certified Women-Owned Business.

  With 22 years at Aschinger, Martin led new market developments, especially in renewable energy, overseeing over 100 projects across five states. She also serves as Governor of the St. Louis Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and holds several other leadership positions in the St. Louis community.

  Martin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, is licensed to practice law in Missouri, and is an LEED accredited professional.
