She is passionate about addressing the PR challenges facing the industry, working to reshape perceptions and highlight the value and gratification that come from a career in construction.
Before joining Procore, Kassy managed high-profile commercial, luxury retail, and multifamily projects in General Contracting PM and Owner Representative roles for 10 years. In her 9 years at Procore, she has played a key leadership role in construction education, helping others understand the complexities of the industry and the transformative power of culture and education.
