Sharon is a certified Gamification for Training Developer, a certified CBT for insomnia instructor, speaker, TV personality, and author. She holds a Guinness World Record for the Longest Line of Toothbrushes – 3.5 miles! This charity event collected 55,000 toothbrushes and 17,000 tubes of toothpaste for Colorado children. As founder of the non-profit Change Gangs, Sharon raised more than $100,000 for charity. Sharon’s award winning articles have appeared in EHS Today, Incident Prevention, and the Professional Safety Journal. As CEO of Habit Mastery Consulting, Sharon has delivered more than 200 trainings and helps organizations increase their targeted safety behavior by up to 150%.

Wes Wheeler
NECA
Wesley L. Wheeler, SMS, is NECA’s Executive Director of Safety. Wesley joined NECA in 2014 and has over 40 years of electrical experience. Prior to NECA, he was safety consultant in his own business, Wheeler Safety Services, Inc. and has been a Safety Director and OSHA Safety trainer for a large industrial based electrical contractor in Florida. Wesley is a qualified OSHA Construction Outreach Instructor and has assisted in OSHA Instructor classes for Electrical Training Alliance, (etA formerly known as the NJATC). He also has assisted etA in textbook development contributing to their OSHA workbooks. Wesley has served in many capacities in his career from electrician, foreman, superintendent, estimator, project manager to safety director and is a member of OSHA’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health (ACCSH). He has also a Florida State Certified Electrical Contractor and has also served on the NECA Codes and Standards committee for the last 14 years representing NECA on the NEC-NFPA 70 Code Panels 6 and 7 and was member of the NFPA 70E Committee for the 2015 and 2018 editions. Wesley brings a unique over all perspective to his position. Wesley is also a trained First Aid/BLS instructor, a Department of Labor Mine Safety Health Administration Instructor, and has had OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer credentials from University of South Florida.

Keith Wheeler
HR Resources of the Carolinas, LLC
Keith Wheeler brings more than 25 years of human resource management and leadership experience with a strong concentration as a HR Generalist. Prior to starting HR Resources of the Carolinas, LLC in 2016, he served as the head of HR Consulting for Benefit Controls Companies since 2005. Keith has also served as head of human resources for a foodservice franchisee with over 1,000 employees in multiple states. His additional experiences include serving as VP of HR Operations for a national healthcare alliance organization with over 1,500 employees; experience in the entertainment industry as Sr. Director of HR & Labor Relations in New York City for an internationally known venue; and in the retail industry as Director of HR for a national retailer with 475 locations, multiple distribution centers, and over 4,000 employees. He is an honor graduate of Winthrop University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Keith is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society of Human Resource Management.
