    Josh Keenzel is the Construction Success Team Manager at Fieldwire by Hilti. With 18 years of experience in the commercial and residential electrical construction industry, he began as an apprentice in Texas, progressing to journeyman and then master electrician. His diverse roles have included service technician, commercial foreman, project manager, estimator, and small business owner, managing a 15-electrician shop for seven years. In 2021, he transitioned to Fieldwire, drawn by its unique field-first focus and subcontractor-friendly processes. Dedicated to assisting subcontractors of all sizes, Josh aims to find efficiencies in their current processes to enhance the customer and employee experience while safeguarding their bottom line.
