  • Sonja Rheaume

    Christenson Electric
    Sonja Rheaume is the fourth generation in her family to be involved in the electrical contracting business. Her career in the electrical industry started at the company her great grandfather founded, Oregon Electric Group (OEG). Rheaume is president and co-owner of Christenson Electric and has been with the company for over 15 years.

    At the regional and national levels, Rheaume serves on numerous committees and trusts. She is the first female President of the Oregon Columbia NECA Chapter. She is a former Chair for Women in NECA, NECA Future Leaders, and Electri International. As Electri Chair, she led the comprehensive study on the impact of Covid 19 on the electrical construction industry. Women in NECA is a collaborative forum and supports the professional development of women in the industry through educational and networking events. As an industry leader, it has become a priority for Rheaume to help other women see the tremendous number of opportunities that are available to them.

  • Erik Odden

    Schneider Electric

    Erik has worked for Schneider Electric for the past two years as the US Contractor Channel Leader.  In this role, he works closely with NECA, ELECTRI, ETA and other 3rd-Party organizations focused on the Electrical Construction Industry.  Before joining Schneider Electric, Erik spent 3-years with ABB as the USA Risk & Strategy Leader and the preceding 15 years with General Electric in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility.  He worked in distribution for 1 ½ years at a Sonepar OpCo (Viking Electric) as a Switchgear Specialist.  He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN.

    For more than two decades Josh Bone has been implementing, training, and presenting construction technology solutions to AEC&O (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owners) professionals. Having worked with some of the top technology leaders in the industry, Josh specializes in identifying best practices and methodologies for integrating construction technology into everyday workflows. Today Josh works with ELECTRI International the non-profit foundation for the electrical construction industry as the Executive Director where he is helping to ensure electrical contractors and industry partners across North American and around the world have access to the best research, educational programming, student engagement, and international outreach. Josh has had the opportunity to share his knowledge with audiences and publications across North America as a frequent professional speaker and guest editorial contributor.
