Mr. O’Halloran joined Miller Electric Company in 2001 as an Estimator/Project Manager and has over 38 years of experience within the electrical contracting industry. He holds a Master Electrician’s License in Florida and Georgia and has completed extensive continued education involving Estimating, Cost Management, Scheduling, Labor Relations, and Executive Leadership courses at the Davis College of Business.
