Biography:

Originally from London, England, Kate Brownsett has been with Atkore 18 years and currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Management. Her current role is responsible for supporting all Corporate Executives and their employee populations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and global Security.

Prior to her corporate position, Kate led human resources for all Atkore’s businesses outside of the US and Canada, and spread across geographies such as China, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, France, Belgium and the UK. As well as her geographical knowledge and experience, she is skilled in business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and talent management within both salaried and hourly, union and non-union environments.

She has a passion for building and developing teams and collaborating with Atkore business leaders to support and enable the execution of Atkore’s strategic priorities. Kate has a business and economics degree, and during the 2020 Atkore annual awards ceremony, she was presented with the Presidential Leadership Award. Kate resides in Dallas, Texas.
