Tabitha joined the Atkore organization in 2013, via the acquisition of Heritage Plastics, and has been instrumental in developing and driving HR processes and procedures for the enterprise. She has been a key player in domestic acquisitions and has led critical initiatives supporting talent acquisition, development and retention.
She currently leads a team of HR personel, who cover multiple elements including, analytics, data audit, process improvement, standard work, compliance and HR generalist activities. Within the HR function at Atkore, she is seen as a systems and process subject matter expert, and regularly supports training and development of employees both in and outside of human resources.
Prior to joining Atkore and during her time at Heritage plastics, Tabitha was a HR business partner to multiple leaders and supported both hourly and salaried populations. She holds a business degree and continues to expand her knowledge and expertise within analytics and HRIS, to support the ever-changing landscape of HR and Atkore’s growth and evolution. She is passion about continuous improvement, and this lends itself well to Atkore’s Business System. Tabitha resides in Carrollton, Ohio.
