The last thing any leader wants or needs is another list of qualities or behaviors they must adopt to become a better leader, servant leadership is more about simplifying how you lead, not complicating it. Instead of piling on ideas and best practices, this session will reveal the leader hidden inside us begging to shine.
The behaviors and bad habits many leaders can easily eliminate to become the servant leader they naturally want to be will also be discussed.

Biography

Nic Bittle is the founder of Work Force Pro and works with contractors and organizations who want to build a successful team that works together.

He does this in a variety of ways. Through presentations and workshops, through books he has written and tools he has developed and most importantly by rolling up his sleeves and digging deep into the real issues his clients face with their team.

As a result of his work his clients will tell you they have a team that communicates at a higher level, and performs at their best on a daily basis.

Nic is the author of 4 books, multiple performance improvement curriculums and lives in Corn, Oklahoma with his wife Tarina and two children Elle & Cruze.
On a personal note Nic recently remodled an old bank building in downtown Corn, Oklahoma into his office which was originally built in 1909. In the center of the building is a walk in bank vault. The story told from the old timers is this bank was the last bank in the United States to ever be robbed off horse back.
