Bobby Magee has been an electrician since 1984, entering the service industry in 1989. He assumed the role of general manager in 2006.

Joe Leggo

As Vice President of Technical Services for O’Connell Electric Company, Joe has dedicated 35 years of his career to the electrical construction industry, progressing from apprentice, journeyman, foreman, division manager, to vice president where he now overseas operations for testing, commissioning, engineering, service, and maintenance. Joe’s achievements include multiple industry awards, notably a Double Platinum Award for business growth and client retention from TEGG Corporation, along with three consecutive TEGG Contractor of The Year awards.

Kathy Mazzarella

Kathy Mazzarella is Chairman, President and CEO of Graybar.  

Kathy joined Graybar in 1980 in customer service and soon became one of Graybar’s top salespeople.  She advanced into field sales management and later was promoted into corporate product management.  At Graybar’s corporate headquarters, she held executive-level positions in strategic accounts, human re­sources, strategic planning, sales and marketing.  She was named executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2010.  Kathy was appointed Graybar’s 11th president and CEO in 2012, and she became chairman of Graybar’s board of directors the following year. Under her leadership, Graybar has achieved remarkable results and invested in long-term growth and innovation.

Kathy holds an associate degree in telecommunications engineering, a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, and a master’s degree in business administration.

Kathy takes an active role in industry, civic and community organizations and serves on the boards of several companies and nonprofits. She has been recognized with numerous awards for her extraordinary leadership and her many contributions to the industry.  At Graybar, she also led the effort to establish WINGS, Women Influencing Graybar’s Success, which supports the advancement of women through networking, professional development and community involvement.
