Andy Sellers started as a Journeyman, then moved into estimating and managing large complex projects, and now helping to develop long-term business relationships.

Adam Rude

As VP of Construction Support Operations, Adam manages Estimating and Preconstruction Services in addition to Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Prefabrication, and the ERMCO Service Center. He has been with ERMCO since 2000 and has served in several roles including estimator, project engineer, account manager, VDC Engineer and most recently as Director of Construction Services. Under his leadership, the company’s VDC team has grown from a staff of 3 to the current 15 VDC engineers, providing innovative solutions for ERMCO clients. He has also overseen the expansion of ERMCO’s fabrication capabilities, proactively working with account managers and clients to find ways to improve efficiencies and safety on the job site. 

Adam is a Purdue University graduate with a BS in Construction Management with a specialization in Electrical Construction and has been a part of the construction industry for almost 25 years. He serves on the Central Indiana NECA Student Liaison Committee, ELECTRI International Talent Initiative Committee, and is a Past President of the ACE Mentoring Indianapolis Affiliate.

Adam Davis

Adam S. Davis is the Virtual Design & Construction Project Manager at Miller Electric Company and has been involved in Construction Design & VDC for 20 years.   He has published “Achieving Spatial Coordination Through BIM”, National BIM Standard v2.0, helped develop manufacturer’s software for Revit, Member of the BIM Forum Working Group, and is a Member of the Innovation & Strategy Task Force for NECA.  Along with his VDC background, he has been involved in design, planning, and execution from the project level to the enterprise on projects from a 500-acre site to a 2.3M Square Foot Mixed-Use Manufacturing Building.   From specific animations of work tasks to full 5D sequenced models, Adam works to leverage models & information to support field installations.  He has built Design & VDC capabilities at 2 prior NECA Contractors and developed VDC Process and Fabrication Facilities. Recent Initiatives include using analytics with cloud models and CRM systems to create business data & industry metrics for VDC.

Nathan Owens III

Nathan Owens III is the Director of US Channel Services and Partner Program, with over 19 years of experience in sales management, operations, strategy, channel development, marketing, and commercial partnerships. His commitment to driving sustainable change is reflected in his adept use of interpersonal skills to establish immediate credibility and develop mutually beneficial solutions. With a proven track record of delivering impactful results, Nathan is dedicated to employing innovative strategies to tackle industry complexities. He resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Tifanie, and young toddler son, Nathan IV.

Bryan Stokes

Bryan is responsible for the technical governance for the design domain, including work practices, quality procedures, and training requirements. Bryan has worked for a NECA contractor for over a decade performing Arc-flash studies and providing engineering for Design-Build projects. Bryan has been a past president for his local IAEI chapter and participates in industry standards activities with organizations such as IEEE.
