Emily Martin

Emily Martin is the Chief Operating Officer of Guarantee Electrical Company, a leading national electrical contractor. Previously, she was President and CEO of Aschinger Electric Company, a family-owned firm in St. Louis, MO, which was acquired by Guarantee in 2021. Under her leadership at Aschinger, the company saw significant revenue growth and became a Certified Women-Owned Business.

With 22 years at Aschinger, Martin led new market developments, especially in renewable energy, overseeing over 100 projects across five states. She also serves as Governor of the St. Louis Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and holds several other leadership positions in the St. Louis community.

Martin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, is licensed to practice law in Missouri, and is an LEED accredited professional.

Amanda Harbison

Amanda is the Director of Research at ELECTRI International, specializing in survey design, data analysis, and research for the foundation. With a background in biotechnology, she brings a passion for troubleshooting and creating data-driven solutions. Amanda excels at executing innovative projects for the AEC industry, utilizing her expertise in project management and qualitative research. Her dedication to excellence and collaborative approach ensure that ELECTRI’s research initiatives deliver valuable insights to the construction and electrical contracting sectors.

Jeremy Davis

Jeremy Davis is a Journeyman Wireman out of Richmond, Virginia. He is currently a Senior Project Associate with Miller Electric and part-time instructor for the Richmond Electricians JATC. A proud graduate of the Richmond Electricians Joint Apprenceship Training Center and NTI’s Outstanding Apprentice Graduate program, Jeremy is also the two-time recipient of the Mike Rowe Foundation Work Ethic Scholarship. In addition to his responsibilities managing projects and teaching part-time at the apprenceship, Jeremy enjoys using his expirences within the criminal justice system to provide motivational talks to the community, encouraging returning citizens to explore the benefits of trade apprenticeships. 

Marco Giamberardino

Marco Giamberardino is Vice President, Government and Public Affairs for the  National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). He supervises numerous program areas, including advocacy, political fundraising, communications, marketing, and ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR magazine.

Marco joined NECA in 2012 as Executive Director, Government Affairs, where he shaped the association’s legislative, regulatory, and political strategy advocating for the industry’s key priority issues in Washington, D.C.

Marco has been an active trade association profession and advocacy expert for over 30 years. Prior to joining NECA, he served as Senior Director, Government Affairs, for the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). Before that, he was the Director of Advocacy for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is widely regarded as a policy expert in infrastructure investment, tax policy, and federal procurement.

Marco earned his Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from The State University of New York at Stony Brook and his Masters of Public Administration from The George Washington University.  Since 2018 he been recognized every year by The Hill newspaper for being one of Washington “top lobbyists” for associations.

Gloria Lin

Gloria Lin is the co-founder and CEO of Siteline, the only payment application management software for subcontractors. With 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley, Gloria is dedicated to making financial infrastructure more accessible for businesses to thrive. Before starting Siteline, she led product teams at Stripe, Apple, and Flipboard. Gloria holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and is based in San Francisco.

Josh Keenzel

Josh Keenzel is the Construction Success Team Manager at Fieldwire by Hilti. With 18 years of experience in the commercial and residential electrical construction industry, he began as an apprentice in Texas, progressing to journeyman and then master electrician. His diverse roles have included service technician, commercial foreman, project manager, estimator, and small business owner, managing a 15-electrician shop for seven years. In 2021, he transitioned to Fieldwire, drawn by its unique field-first focus and subcontractor-friendly processes. Dedicated to assisting subcontractors of all sizes, Josh aims to find efficiencies in their current processes to enhance the customer and employee experience while safeguarding their bottom line.

Dean Rhoades

Dean began his career at Federated Insurance as a premium auditor in March of 1987.  Dean has held many different roles in our Field Services department on the audit and risk management side over the past 37 years in Atlanta, Phoenix, and our home office in Minnesota.  He and his wife Jeanne have recently relocated back to Phoenix where he is focused on enhanced risk management resources.  In Dean’s most recent role as Director Of Field Services, he was responsible for the risk management deliverable for all of Federated and our 46,000 plus clients.  Dean also served on Federated corporate teams focused on promotion and implementation strategies specific to our commercial lines operation.  

Rocco Mediate

Rocco Mediate began his golf career at Florida Southern College, where he and his close friend, PGA Tour professional Lee Janzen, helped lead Florida Southern to the 1985 Division II national team championship. In 1985, Rocco turned professional. With his golfing career marred by back trouble, he compensated early on by using a long putter. In 1991, he became the first player to win on the PGA Tour using a long putter when he won the Doral-Ryder Open. Rocco has won six PGA Tour and four PGA Tour Champions events, earning over $23 million dollars. In 2016, Rocco won the Senior PGA Championship. He has been featured in the top 20 of the Official World Golf Rankings and considered to be one of the best putters in golf.
