Know Your Rights: Management Rights

The Management Right clause appearing in all NECA/IBEW construction agreements has existed for decades. It provides employers the freedom and ability to direct their jobs as they see fit. However, this clause does not come without its own challenges and restrictions. This session will discuss your rights as a contractor in the collective bargaining agreement. It may help you avoid that pesky grievance next time.

Ryan Courtney embarked on his journey in the electrical contracting industry upon completing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology at Southeastern Louisiana University. With a rich and diverse background encompassing technical support, industrial IT, education, and industrial fabrication and assembly, Ryan has amassed invaluable experience across multiple domains.
