Construction contracts can contain clauses that pose a significant financial risk to contractors, and deserve careful scrutiny. This session will examine “killer clauses” and explain how to draft and negotiate to mitigate risk. Learn identify problematic terms and clearly communicate concerns to legal counsel, as well as negotiate contested clauses to reach agreement.
