Carrie Struss, Director of Continuous Improvement at Milwaukee Tool, started her career in the Automotive Industry and has 20 years of experience in manufacturing roles and Lean/Six Sigma. She joined Milwaukee Tool in 2014 at one of their manufacturing sites where she introduced Lean concepts and spearheaded cost savings while driving a Lean culture. Since then, she has taken on increased responsibility and is now in the transactional space of the corporate office, with exposure to all corners of the business including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Marketing, and Distribution. She has a passion for process improvement while working with all functions of the business to drive value by leveraging the powerful combination of people, process, and technology.
