Bob Eaton

Bob has over 30 years’ experience in financial services; to include insurance and investments; with extensive knowledge in implementing and managing numerous national corporate accounts.

Presently, Bob’s focus is on renewable energy and more specifically the photovoltaics sector. In this capacity, he advises and consults companies nationwide on emerging solar technologies; including receiving a US Patent for the design of the “Sun Commander” (a portable photovoltaics powered micro grid).

Bob also lectures to utility providers, architectural and engineering firms, home builders and construction companies, business chambers & trade associations, along with developing new integrated photovoltaics solutions for current national clients.

Dorin Nicorici

As president and CEO of Dynalectric Oregon and Arizona, Dorin Nicorici is continually looking for ways to improve the construction process. Emily Martin

Emily Martin is currently Chief Operating Officer of Guarantee Electrical Company. Guarantee is an employee-owned, national leader in electrical contracting, providing market-leading preconstruction, construction, engineering, service, and energy solutions. Prior to her role as Chief Operating Officer, Martin served as President and CEO of Aschinger Electric Company, an 80-year-old, family-owned, electrical contracting firm in St. Louis, MO. Aschinger Electric Company was acquired by Guarantee in 2021. Guarantee is headquartered in St. Louis, MO, with offices in Colorado and California.

During Martin’s 22 years with Aschinger, she focused on new market development, including leading Aschinger’s initiative on renewable energy solutions and building more than 100 renewable projects over five states. Since taking the reins as president of Aschinger in 2007, as the fourth generation of family leadership, revenues increased 75% as the firm adapted to rapid advancements in technology. Aschinger became a Certified Women-Owned Business in 2016. At the time of its acquisition by Guarantee, Aschinger was the fifth largest St. Louis-based electrical contractor and the largest woman-owned electrical contractor in the region.

Martin is an active business leader in the St. Louis Community. She currently serves as the Governor of the St. Louis Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and as the chair of the Labor Management Committee, which negotiates labor contracts for over 100 electrical contractors in eastern Missouri. In addition, she is the Secretary of the Tower Grove Park Board of Commissioners; chair of the St. Louis County Board of Electrical Examiners; a member of the board of directors of AAIM Employers’ Association; and a member of the St. Louis Science Center finance committee.

Martin received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is licensed to practice law in Missouri. She was in active practice prior to joining Aschinger and the construction industry. Martin also holds an electrical contractor’s license and is an LEED accredited professional.

Dean Rhoades

Dean began his career at Federated Insurance as a premium auditor in March of 1987.  Dean has held many different roles in our Field Services department on the audit and risk management side over the past 37 years in Atlanta, Phoenix, and our home office in Minnesota.  He and his wife Jeanne have recently relocated back to Phoenix where he is focused on enhanced risk management resources.  In Dean’s most recent role as Director Of Field Services, he was responsible for the risk management deliverable for all of Federated and our 46,000 plus clients.  Dean also served on Federated corporate teams focused on promotion and implementation strategies specific to our commercial lines operation.  

Emily Huesman

Emily Huesman is the Associate Director of Education Development for the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). She is responsible for designing on-demand online and in-seat educational courses at NECA, such as Field Leadership Essentials, Safety Professionals Institute, and NECA’s online Project Management series.

Prior to joining NECA, Emily was the Training Manager for an underground infrastructure contractor and the Manager of Enterprise Learning for the Association for Talent Development. Emily has nearly a decade of experience providing learning solutions to a variety of organizations, from local nonprofits to Fortune 500s.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and American Studies from Smith College and her Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Andy Netzel

Andy Netzel is the Business Manager for Altec Sentry and has over 13 years of leadership experience leading teams. Altec Sentry helps employers train and certify Altec equipment operators on safe and proper operation and believes that industry-leading equipment deserves industry-leading training. Andy learned the value of training during his time as a United States Army UH-60 Blackhawk pilot and company commander and continues to emphasize the need for realistic and thorough training in all walks of life. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University. Andy is scheduled to complete his Doctor of Business Administration in January of 2024. Andy resides in Houston, Texas and enjoys golfing and camping in his free time.

Anna Jochim

Anna is responsible for implementing programs and resources that introduce students and young professionals to career opportunities in the EC industry. Some of these programs and resources include: the National Project Management Apprenticeship, NECA Student Chapters, ELECTRI’s Industry Connect, and several toolkits to help contractors achieve their workforce development goals. Her focus is energizing and connecting students, educators, and contractors through all phases of the learning and development journey.

Amanda King

Stockton, California native, Amanda King is a professional leadership coach and trainer. She holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and a Master’s degree in Education from University of the Pacific.
 
As the owner of Wired Leadership, Amanda travels all over the country providing leadership training to frontline leaders. She works primarily with Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents, but you may find her at your local JATC, encouraging apprentices to reach their goals, or working with project managers to help them deliver a successful project.

For the past 8 years, Amanda has been instrumental in developing great leaders within the electrical industry. She has a unique ability to connect with people, helping them unleash their true potential.

Chris Kuehl

Dr. Chris Kuehl is a Managing Director of Armada Corporate Intelligence. He provides forecasts and strategic guidance for a wide variety of corporate clients around the world. He is the chief economist for several national and international organizations.

Prior to starting Armada in 1999, he was a professor of economics and finance for 15 years – teaching in the US, Hungary, Russia, Estonia, Singapore and Taiwan. He holds advanced degrees in economics, Soviet studies and East Asian studies.

Chris is the writer/editor of Business Intelligence Briefs and a writer for the Black Owl Report – both publications from Armada. He is an economic analyst for the Armada Strategic Intelligence System and is responsible for the Credit Manager’s Index from NACM as well Fabrinomics from the FMA.
