      • Stephen Eaves Headshot

        Stephen Eaves is the founder and CEO of VoltServer and is the inventor of a new technology class for electricity distribution called Fault Managed Power or FMP. FMPs active safety controls make it the first form of electricity that is not harmful when in contact with humans even at hundreds of volts. FMP was recently adopted into the 2023 National Electric Code and is the subject of two new UL safety standards. The company has deployed the technology in over 1,000 large venues like NFL stadiums, conference centers and high rises. Steve has more than 30 years’ experience innovating around electrical energy storage, distribution, and management.

        Steve has authored or co-authored numerous industry and peer reviewed papers related to the energy industry that have appeared in academic journals and media outlets such as Newsweek, the Washington Post and IEEE proceedings. Stephen has more than 35 patents and has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Connecticut. He is an Air Force veteran.

        Ronna Davis is the Chief Revenue Officer for VoltServer, Inc. Ronna has over 29 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry. Before joining VoltServer, Ronna spent over 17 years at CommScope, where she held key positions in strategy, the global partner team, and sales. Her extensive career also includes eight years in the design and construction of telecommunications networks and two years in wholesale distribution. Ronna holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is a graduate of the GM Accelerate Program at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School.

        In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ronna has actively contributed to industry standards and initiatives. Ronna served as the TIA SPEC Chair from 2020 to 2023, she participated in the NIST Smart Building Challenge, she’s a member of the Ethernet Alliance SPE Committee and USGBC. Ronna also holds a seat on the newly formed FMP Alliance.

      • Meet Kyle Krueger, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the Electrical Industry. From his beginnings as a Journeyman Wireman to his current role as the Executive Director of Codes and Standards for the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), Krueger’s journey is marked by expertise and leadership.

        Krueger holds a Master Electrician License, Commercial Electrical Inspector License, and Design Engineer of Electrical Systems, he is also certified thru NFPA as a Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP).

        Kyle currently represents NECA on the National Electrical Code® Corelating Committee (NEC-AAC) and Code Making Panel-3. Krueger serves on NFPA’s Electrical Section Executive Board and as the Secretary of NECA’s Codes and Standards Committee. Kyle continues to support the electrical industry an active member of NFPA, IAEI, ANSI, IEEE, SES, and the IBEW.
