They were, respectively, second- and fourth-generation companies before being acquired by Encompass in 1999, a Houston-based company. Quebe, who was past president of Chapel and current regional president for Encompass, acquired both entities from Encompass in 2002.

WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT SERVICE NECA OFFERS HIM?

“It is difficult to point to any one service as being the most valuable. NECA has a lot to offer,” Quebe said. “From a personal standpoint it would have to be the networking with your peers. We work on a national level, so this allows us immediate access to a NECA partner in any geographical area.”

AWAY FROM THE OFFICE

Quebe and his wife Linda have two sons and one daughter. Their daughter Holly works part-time at Chapel, while attending Wright State University. His hobbies include reading, running, safari hunting and snow-skiing with his family.
