Hala Nassereddine

Hala Nassereddine, Ph.D. is President and CEO of NCM Consulting, LLC. She is also an associate professor in Construction Engineering and Project Management, a program within the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Nassereddine was chosen for the Russell J Alessi ELECTRI International 2020 Early Career Award for her proposed project on Allocating and Leveraging BIM Efforts for Electrical Contractors.

Todd Grossweiler

Todd Grossweiler has been with the Allison-Smith Company for the past 22 years where he is currently an Executive Vice President. Todd graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree prior to beginning his career with the Allison-Smith Company. He continues to seek out ways to innovate through processes, technology, and people. Maintaining good relationships with both his internal team and external customers is the foundation for his success. Todd believes that if you surround yourself with good people, then good things will happen.

Dave Dressler

Dave Dressler is the Training Director for the Minnesota Statewide Limited Energy JATC. Dave has been involved in the Limited Energy industry for nearly 30 years. He is a Technical Committee member for the NFPA 72, 730/731 and a member of the Limited Energy Curriculum Committee for the Electrical Training ALLIANCE.

Jonathan Mandl

As Director, Labor Relations at NECA, Jonathan Mandl is a passionate advocate for building strong partnerships within the electrical construction industry. A skilled mediator and leader, Jonathan most recently served as a Field Representative for the Eastern Region of NECA where he helped cultivate valuable industry relationships amongst the Chapters he served with their local union counterparts. Prior to that, Jonathan served as the Chapter Manager for the Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, where he steered the chapter’s direction and managed member services while acting as lead negotiator for more than 30 signatory electrical contractor members.

Bob Dagostino

Bob Dagostino is the founder and president of Dagostino Electronic Services (DES). With a lifelong passion for connectivity, Bob has steered DES since 1973 in bringing quality and innovative technology solutions to businesses across the region. World-class healthcare institutions, top universities, local and federal government and countless school districts have benefited from DES’ wide range of solutions, including networking, security, audiovisual, lighting and AI.

A passionate advocate for sustainable energy infrastructure and conservation, Bob has addressed local and national government forums. As a current board member of WPA-NECA, he is committed to training an experienced workforce through IBEW and providing equitable resolutions to today’s most complex issues.

Tom Lipka

Tom Lipka is an Eastern Region Field Representative serving seven chapters throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania in District 2.  Tom began his Field Representative position in March of 2024.  Prior to taking the Field Representative position Tom worked five and a half years as the Chapter Manager of the Mahoning Valley Chapter in Ohio.  Before joining NECA, Tom was an attorney for 24 years practicing business litigation and labor law.

Ronna Davis

Ronna Davis is the Chief Revenue Officer for VoltServer, Inc. Ronna has over 29 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry. Before joining VoltServer, Ronna spent over 17 years at CommScope, where she held key positions in strategy, the global partner team, and sales. Her extensive career also includes eight years in the design and construction of telecommunications networks and two years in wholesale distribution. Ronna holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is a graduate of the GM Accelerate Program at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ronna has actively contributed to industry standards and initiatives. Ronna served as the TIA SPEC Chair from 2020 to 2023, she participated in the NIST Smart Building Challenge, she’s a member of the Ethernet Alliance SPE Committee and USGBC. Ronna also holds a seat on the newly formed FMP Alliance.

David Manderson

David started with NECA in 1988 as a Staff Associate. He worked as an Assistant Manager in the Central Indiana Chapter. Following his tenure in Central Indiana, David managed the North and Northeast Texas Chapters. He then became a Field Representative for the Midwest Office. He returned to merge the two Texas Chapters in the late 90’s. He moved to Minneapolis in 2011 where he served as the Chapter Manager of the Minneapolis Chapter until January of 2024 when he joined the Western Region Field Staff. He currently is the Field Representative for the Southern California Chapters, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii.

Sean Lazarian

A third generation owner, Sean has participated in all aspects of the electrical construction company his grandfather started over 60 years ago. From fixing the company computers as a young boy, to estimating as a young adult, and on to his current position as CFO, Sean has continued to use his technological gifts to enhance company operations. He currently is a member of both the local Los Angeles Innovation Taskforce and NECA’s Innovation & Strategy Task Force.
